RHAMM及TPX2在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨透明质酸介导的细胞游走受体(RHAMM)以及Xklp2靶蛋白(TPX2)蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测51例卵巢上皮性癌(A组)、20例上皮性卵巢交界性肿瘤(B组)、22例上皮性卵巢良性肿瘤(C组)以及12例正常卵巢组织(D组)中RHAMM和TPX2蛋白的表达。结果 RHAMM与TPX2蛋白在D组均不表达;在C组、B组和A组中阳性表达率分别为22.7%和9.1%、30.0%和55.0%、88.2%和86.3%,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组中RHAMM蛋白表达与病理分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、病理类型、组织分级无关(P>0.05);TPX2蛋白表达与病理分期、组织分级、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、病理类型无关(P>0.05)。RHAMM与TPX2蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中表达呈正相关(rs=0.446,P=0.001)。结论 RHAMM与TPX2可能共同参与卵巢上皮性癌的发生与发展;RHAMM与TPX2有望成为卵巢上皮性癌预后评估的指标。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of receptor for hyaluronan mediated motility（RHAMM） and targeting protein for Xklp2（TPX2） in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was employed to analyze the expressions of RHAMM and TPX2 protein in 51 cases with ovarian epithelial carcinoma （group A）, 20 cases with ovarian epithelial borderline tumor（group B）, 22 cases with benign tumor（group C） and 12 samples of normal ovarian tissues（group D）. Results There were no expressions of RHAMM and TPX2 proteins in group D. The positive expression rates of RHAMM and TPX2 in groups of C,B and A were 22.7% and 9.1%,30.0% and 55.0%,88.2% and 86.3%, respectively, with significant differences among three groups（P〈0. 01）. The expression of RHAMM in group A was correlated with pathological stage and lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 05）, which was not correlated with pathological type, histologicalgrade and age （P〈0. 05 ）. The expression of TPX2 was closely related to pathological stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis（P〈0. 05）, which was not related to pathological type and age（P〈0. 05）. There was a positive correlation between RHAMM and TPX2 （rs =0. 446, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion RHAMM and TPX2 are probably involved in the carcinogenesis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma. The expressions of RHAMM and TPX2 are expected to become the indicators in the evaluation of prognosis of the patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma.
