摘　　要：目的研究CT定位下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇超液化碘油乳剂治疗肾上腺转移瘤的效果。方法对8例肾上腺转移瘤在CT引导下定位穿刺注射无水乙醇超液化碘油,随访观察肿瘤疗效。结果显效4例,有效3例,无效1例。结论经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇超液化碘油治疗肾上腺转移瘤是临床上较好的治疗手段。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of CT-guided percutaneous ethanol-iodized oil injection in treating metastatic adrenal tumors. Methods A total of 8 patients with metastatic adrenal tumors were treated with CT-guided percutaneous ethanol-iodized oil injection. CT scanning was performed after the treatment to check the therapeutic results. Results Of the 8 patients, complete response was obtained in 4, partial response in 3, invalid in one. The overall short-term effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion For metastatic adrenal tumors, CT-guided percutaneous ethanol-iodized oil injection is an effective and satisfactory treatment.（J Intervent Radiol, 2014, 23：303-305）.
