摘　　要：目的 :进一步研究金属内支架治疗食管及贲门部狭窄的疗效 ,为此类疾病提供有效的介入治疗方法。材料与方法 :6例食管及贲门部狭窄患者的狭窄处直径在 1mm～ 5mm ,吞咽困难评分为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级。全部支架置入术均经口腔在X线监视下进行。结果 :所有病人的支架留置均获成功 ,技术成功率 10 0 %。支架置入后吞咽困难明显缓解或解除 ,摄食能力均有不同程度地改善 ,吞咽困难评分转为O～I级。结论Purpose:To investigate and provide an effective method for treating esophageal and cardia stricture with stent insertion.Materials and Methods:6 Patients with stent insertion for treating esophageal and cardia stricture suffuring from different degrees of dysphangia.All patients were treated by means of peroral intubation of the stent under fluoroscopic guidance.Results:All stents were successfully placed.Patients could eat more easily after the operations,Clinical symptoms of aspiration were relieved,food intake ability of all patients was improved.Conclusion:Esophageal and cardia stricture with stent insertion was one of the most effective method.
