摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法以及录像分析法等研究方法,对我国技巧啦啦队成套动作中金字塔类难度进行分析,根据分析结果得出金字塔类难度在四类难度中的重要地位以及编排金字塔的方法。By applying the method of documentary, expert interview and video analysis and other research methods, the difficulty of pyramid in the complete movements of Chinese competitive cheerleading is analyzed. The result showes that the pyramid difficulty has an important role in four types of difficulty, and the method of pyramid choreography is found.
