摘　　要：目前,在高校扩招和阳光体育背景下,高校公共体育选择课内外一体化体育俱乐部教学模式是很多高校的通行做法,在新一轮课程教学中该举措显得更加具有现实意义。分析了当前背景下高校公共体育课程实施课内外一体化体育俱乐部教学的意义、困境及对策,为研究体育教学理论提供一定的理论依据,为各高校公共体育教学改革提供参考。This paper analyzes the meaning, difficulties and countermeasures of the implementing internal and external integration of sports club teaching in the public PE class in colleges and universities, aims to provide certain theoretical basis for the study of PE teaching theory, and to provide a reference for the public PE teaching reform in colleges and universities
