摘　　要：目的探讨S100A4和HIF-lα蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的表达及相关临床病理特征及预后的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学法检测S100A4和HIF-1α.结果 S100A4和HIF-lα蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中高表达,在卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤组和正常卵巢组中低表达或不表达.S100A4和HIF-lα蛋白表达与手术病理分期、术后复发有关系(P<0.05);HIF-lα蛋白表达与伴有淋巴结转移有密切关系(P<0.05).S100A4与HIF-lα蛋白表达呈显著正相关性P<0.05).结论 S100A4和HIF-lα的表达促进卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生发展,S100A4和HIF-lα间存在协同作用.Objective To study the expression of S100A4 and HIF-lα protein in Ovarian Serous Cystadenoearcinoma, and analyze the relationship between the two proteins. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect S100A4 and HIF-1 α proteins expression and analyze the correlation of proteins expression in Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma. Results S100A4 in Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma showed a high expression, but Ovarian serous cystadenoma tissue and the normal ovarian tissue had statistical significance; （2） The expression of S100A4 and HIF-1α protein had intimate relation with clinical pathology staging and tumor recurrence （P〈0.05） . The expression of HIF-1α Protein had intimate relation with lymphaden metastasis and the drug resistance （P〈0.05） ; （3） S100A4 protein expression in Ovarian Serous carcinoma was positively related with HIF-lotProtein expression. Conclusion Expression of S100A4 and HIF-lαmay be involved in the patho^enesis of ovarian serous cvstadenocarcinoma, and S100A4 and HIF-1 α has sianificant nositive correlation.
