摘 要:目的:探讨不同血清FSH水平在判断睾丸生精功能中的价值。方法:218例患者根据FSH水平分成4组,即:FSH正常组(94例);FSH下降组(10例);FSH轻度升高组(16例);FSH重度升高组(98例)。精液检查采用CASA,激素检测采用化学发光免疫分析法,睾丸病理采用睾丸活检术。结果:FSH正常组中,4例生精功能异常;FSH下降组,6例生精功能异常;FSH轻度升高组,2例生精功能异常;FSH重度升高组,都表现生精功能异常。正常组与其他组相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单一FSH指标在判断生精功能中的作用有限。Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of different serum follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH) levels as tools in estimation of the power for male spermatogenesis.Methods:218 infertile men were allocated to normal FSH level(n =94),decreased FSH level(n =10),mild elevated FSH level (n=16) and severely elevated FSH level(n=98).The sperm was detected with computer-aided semen analysis system and the hormone level was deter-mined by chemiluminescence immunoassay .Pathological changes of the testis were examined via testicular biopsies .Results:Spermatogenesis dysfunction was found in 4 of the 94 men with normal FSH levels,in 6 of 10 with decreased FSH level,in 2 of 16 with mild elevated FSH level and in total 98 of men with severely elevated FSH level.The difference was significant as the group of normal FSH level compared with other groups(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion:Single detection of serum FSH level has limits in evaluating the power of spermatogenesis for infertile men .
