肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤伴皮质增生一例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:结合文献探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤伴皮质增生的临床表现及诊断、治疗。方法:回顾性分析肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤伴皮质增生患者的病例特点,结合文献报道对此类疾病的临床特点及机理加以分析。结果:手术切除肿瘤,术后病理:左侧肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤,肾上腺皮质增生。结论:肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤可以继发皮质增生,导致皮质醇或和醛固酮分泌增多,出现严重的代谢紊乱,充分的围手术期准备可以明显降低手术风险性。Objective： To investigate the clinical picture,diagnosis and treatment of adrenal pheochromocytoma associated with cortical hyperplasia. Methods：The clinical manifestations of adrenal pheochromocytoma with cortical hyperplasia were retrospectively analyzed ,and related literatures were re-viewed with respect to the pathological properties and pathogenesis .Results：The tumor was surgically removed ,and the pathological findings indicated left adrenal pheochromocytoma associated with cortex hyperplasia.Conclusion：Cortex hyperplasia may be secondary to adrenal pheochromocytoma and result in increased secretion of cortisol and aldosterone,and subsequent severe metabolic disorder.In addition,well-planned perioperative arrangement may signifi-cantly reduce the potential risks in operation .
