摘　　要：探讨了高校朋辈辅导的涵义及特点,提出开展朋辈辅导应明确招募条件。分析了朋辈互助在防范校园危机中的作用,提出通过朋辈互助防范校园危机事件的具体方法。A discussion is made of the connotations and characteristics of peer coaching in universi- ties. It is put forward that the conscription conditions should be clarified in the development of peer coaching. An analysis is made of the role of mutual support of peers in the prevention of campus crisis. Specific plans are proposed by means of mutual support of peers in the prevention of campus crises.
