盐酸米诺环素与碘合剂治疗种植体周围炎的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨并比较局部使用盐酸米诺环素和10%碘合剂治疗种植体周围炎患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例种植体周围炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者给予10%碘合剂牙周留置,观察组给予盐酸米诺环素进行治疗,3周为1个疗程,统计患者在治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)的变化情况。结果治疗1、3周后,两组患者的PLI、PD、SBI均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3周后变化最为明显,观察组、对照组的PLI分别为(1.46±0.31)、(1.62±0.35),PD分别为(2.76±0.35)mm、(3.12±0.41)mm,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6周后各指标均有上升。对照组和观察组的不良反应发生率分别为3.3%、3.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素治疗种植体周围炎的疗效优于10%碘合剂,安全性高,但应每隔3周进行重复治疗,有利于种植体周围炎的彻底治愈。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of local application of periocline and 10% iodine mix-ture on peri-implantitis. Methods 60 patients with peri-implantitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in control group（n=30） were given 10% iodine mixture once a week,patients in observation group were given periocline,all the patients were treated for 3 weeks. The PLI,SBI and PD of the patients were meas-ured at the beginning of the treatment and after treatment. Results The PLI,SBI and PD of the two groups decreased significantly at 1 and 3 weeks after treatment（P〈0. 05）,the changes at 3 weeks after treatment were the most remarka-ble,the PLI of observation group and control group were （1. 46 ＆#177; 0. 31） and （1. 62 ＆#177; 0. 35）,and the PD were（2. 76 ＆#177; 0. 35） mm and（3. 12 ＆#177; 0. 41） mm respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. The above indexes at 6 weeks after treatment increased. The incidence of adverse reactions in control group and obser-vation group were 3. 3% and 3. 2% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P ＆gt;0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of periocline for peri-implantitis is better than 10% iodine agent with highly safety,and the treatment should be repeated every 3 weeks for a lasting effect,it is benefit for peri-implantitis.
