对宝鸡市职业农民培育的思考

摘　　要：文章在对宝鸡市农业产业发展的调查分析基础上,对进一步深化和提升职业农民培育模式及相关问题展开了思考,并提出应处理好职业农民与新型经营主体、规模效益与职业收入、农业产业的风险性与抗灾救济、体面劳动与职业地位、制度框架与配套政策、农民教育培训与职业农民培育等方面的问题,以加强职业农民培育。Based on the investigation and analysis of development of agricultural industry in Baoji, thinking on modes of further deepening and promoting the training of professional farmers and related issues was described in the paper. For strengthening the training of professional farmers, it was suggested that following issues should be deal with properly, such as professional farmers and new operators, benefit of large scale and professional earnings, risk of agricultural industry and disaster prevention and relief fund, decent labor and occupational status, the institutional framework and supporting policies, farmer education and the formation of professional farmers.
