摘　　要：介绍了硬质PVC结皮发泡板材生产工艺流程,讨论了螺杆转速、挤出温度、挤出压力及机头、口模、冷却定型模结构等影响板材质量的主要工艺因素。采用新开发的硬质PVC板材生产设备,设置相对应的结皮发泡加工工艺参数,生产出具有优良性能的硬质PVC结皮发泡板材。The design of production process flow for the rigid PVC foamed plate is also introduced. The main technological factors（screw speed, extrusion temperature, extrusion pressure and the nose, mouth, die, cooling stereotypes die structure） affecting the plate quality is also discussed. The new product equipment for the rigid PVC foamed plates is used, the corresponding crust foaming processing parameters is seted up, the rigid PVC foamed plate with excellent performance is produced.
