中医药在调节基因平衡上的优势

摘　　要：细胞增殖与细胞凋亡在生物体内受到基因有序的调控,形成动态平衡,是机体内稳态的要素,处理好受基因调控的肿瘤和衰老之间的关系,就可以使人既长寿又不易患肿瘤。西方科学家尝试利用基因技术人工干预癌基因和抑癌基因以对抗肿瘤和延长寿命;寻找并从生物体中分离"长寿基因",然后经复制后移植给其他生物体,希望能成倍的延长寿命。然而基因的活动是涉及基因组中一群基因的协同作用、程序化表达,从而使生命活动有条不紊地进行。实践证明中医药对于疾病或证候的治疗是立足于调节基因的表达和修饰基因产物的功能为特征,这正是其优势所在。Cell proliferation and cell apoptosis in the biotic body are regulated by gene orderly in vivo. It has formed a dynamic balance and is essential for homeostasis. Correctly handling the relationship between aging and cancer regulated by gene, can not only make peo- ple＇ s live longer but can also make the people not susceptible to tumor. Western scientists try to artificially intervene the oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes against tumor and prolong life by using gene technology; finding and isolating the ＂longevity gene＂ from living or- ganisms and then transplanting and copying them to other organisms, and so hopping that it can prolong life doubly. However, gene activ- ity is a synergic action involved by a group of genes in the genome and is a program expression, so the life activity is good ordered and well arranged. Practices have proved that treating disease of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the characteristics of regulating gene expression and gene product modifying function, this is just its advantages.
