摘  要:目的采用HPLC法建立天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物指纹图谱,并同时测定3种主要活性成分芦丁、紫丁香苷和绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(含0.8%醋酸,0.2%三乙胺),梯度洗脱;检测波长为270 nm;流速为1 mL·min-1;柱温为30℃,记录各批次天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物的相关数据并同时测定3种主要活性成分的含量。结果确立了天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物指纹图谱,并同时测定3种主要活性成分的含量。结论该方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,采用指纹图谱并结合主要活性成分含量测定可稳定控制天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物的质量。Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of macroporous resin extracts from Saussurea involucrata and to simultaneously determine 3 major components, including rutin, syringin and chlorogenic acid. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on the Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient elution composed of methanol and water(0.8% acetic acid, 0.2% triethylamine aqueous solution). The detective wavelength was 270 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL·min- 1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃. We recorded the related data of each batch of macroporous resin extracts from Saussurea involucrata and determined the content of 3 major components simultaneously. Results The fingerprint of Saussurea involucrata extracts was set up, and the 3 major components were determined simultaneously. Conclusion The precision, stability and repeatability of the method are good, the fingerprint and determination of 3 major components simultaneously can be used for the quality control of macroporous resin extracts from Saussurea involucrata.
