胃癌患者血清炎性因子水平检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察胃癌患者血清炎性因子表达水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和免疫比浊法检测108例胃癌患者血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平,并与85例胃良性病变患者和120例健康体检者对应指标进行比较。结果胃癌组患者HMGB1、CRP、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α表达水平明显高于胃良性病变组和健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。胃癌组患者血清炎性因子水平与肿瘤淋巴结转移分期密切相关,随着胃癌病情加重,HMGB1、CRP、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平逐渐升高,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌患者各炎性因子水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论血清炎性因子与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,可作为反映胃癌进展的标志物。Objective To explore the expression levels and their clinical significance of serum inflammatory factors in patients with gastric cancer. Methods The serum levels of high mobility group protein B1（ HMGB1）,interleukin（ IL）-6,IL-8, tumor necrosis factor α（ TNF-α） were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） and C-reactive protein（ CRP） was detected by immunoturbidimetry method in 108 patients with gastric cancer,85 patients with benign gastric diseases and 120 healthy controls. And the results were compared among the three groups. Results The levels of HMGB1,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign gastric diseases group and healthy control group（ P〈 0. 05,P〈 0. 01）. The levels of serum inflammatory cytokines（ HMGB1,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α） were closely associated with the tumour node metastases stage and gradually rised along with the aggravation of gastric cancer,which were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ（ P〈 0. 05,P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Serum inflammatory cytokines play a key role in the tumorigenesis and development of gastric cancer. They can be used as markers for the development of gastric cancer.
