摘　　要：目的观察喂饲乙醇预处理对缺血再灌注大鼠肝脏HSP70表达和缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法制备缺血再灌注模型大鼠60只随机分为实验组(胃饲乙醇)、实验对照组(胃饲生理盐水)、正常组各60只,对比相关指标。结果实验组、实验对照组各时间段HSP70、ALT高于正常组,实验组与实验对照组ALT波动变化、HSP70呈不断上升,实验组指标优于实验对照组。结论胃饲乙醇预处理应用于肝缺血再灌注大鼠,可有效抑制肝损伤。Objective： To observe the feeding of ethanol preconditioning effect on hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury and the expression of I-ISP70 in ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods ： Preparations of ischemia reperfusion model of 60 rats were randomly divided into experimental group （ethanol）, the experimental control group （fed with normal saline）, normal group with 60 rats in each group, comparing related indicators. Results： the experimental group, experimental con- trol group each time HSP70, ALT higher than that in the normal group, control group ALT fluctuation, the experimental group and the experimental HSP70 were rising, the experimental group is superior to control group. Conclusion： the ethanol pretreatment applied to hepatic ischemia reperfusion rats, can effectively inhibit liver injury.
