摘　　要：高职教育在我国起步时间短、发展速度快,在发展中存在着教学资源短缺、生源减少、师资力量薄弱等问题,面临着在夹缝中求生存的严峻挑战,高职院校要在竞争中求得生存和发展,必然选择走富有特色、个性鲜明的办学之路。Higher vocational education which developed fast in a short time is now confronted with prob- lems like teaching resource shortage, students decrease and qualified teaching personnel deficiency and so on. Facing severe challenges of striving for the survival in the crevice, higher vocational colleges have to take a feature-filled and character-driven way to fulfill their educational mission in order to survive and develop in in- creasingly fierce competition
