摘 要:对上海市8栋绿色办公建筑和7栋一般办公建筑的能耗情况进行了调研,结果表明,绿色办公建筑平均能耗为36.21kg/(m2·a),低于一般办公建筑平均能耗42.20kg/(m2·a)及上海市市级机关办公建筑合理用能指标42kg/(m2·a),绿色办公建筑的节能率为14.19%,但也有少数绿色办公建筑的能耗较大。通过对比估算两种建筑的空调系统能耗,得出上海市绿色办公建筑空调系统平均能耗约为11.64kg/(m2·a),低于一般办公建筑空调系统能耗12.83kg/(m2·a),节能率为9.31%,低于建筑的整体节能率。Investigates the energy consumption of eight green office buildings and seven traditional office buildings. The results show that the average energy consumption Of the green office buildings is 36.21 kg/ (m^2· a), which is lower than that of the traditional office buildings (42.20 kg/(m^2·a)) and the indicator value of efficient energy conservation for the office buildings of municipal agency of Shanghai (42 kg/(m^2· a)). The energy saving rate of green office buildings is about 14.19%, but the energy consumption of some green office buildings is high. Estimates the energy consumption of the air conditioning systems in two kinds of buildings, and obtains the average energy consumption of air conditioning system in green office buildings to be about 11.64 kg/(m^2· a), which is lower than that of the traditional office buildings (12.83 kg/ (m^2· a)). The corresponding energy saving rate is 9.31%, which is lower than the energy saving rate of whole building.
