摘 要:针对这类扰动的不确定性,对材料短缺发生时刻、持续时间、引起的拖期惩罚等采用模糊变量表示,建立了基于模糊规则的预测—反应式调度数学模型,提出了基于模糊规则的Job-Shop调度决策机制;同时考虑调度计划的有效性和稳定性指标,提出了一种离线鲁棒优化与在线调度调整相融合的预测—反应式调度方法。预测调度和反应式调度的求解均采用遗传算法。通过三组不同规模的仿真实验证明了该模型和方法的可行性。According to the analysis of such uncertain disturbance, the time for the material shortage to occur, the period for the material shortage to last and the tardiness penalty casued by material shortage were expressed by fuzzy variables. This pa- per set up a mathematic model of predictive-reactive scheduling based on fuzzy rules and proposed a mechanism to make sche- duling decisions based on fuzzy rules. It proposed a predictive-reactive scheduling approach consisting of the offline robustness optimization and the online scheduling revision, in which both the efficiency measure and stability measure were considered. It developed a genetic algorithm in both the processes of predictive scheduling and reactive scheduling. It validates the feasibility of the proposed method by simulation experiments with 3 different sizes of Job-Shop scheduling problems.
