企业中层管理能力和技术创新绩效关系研究——企业创新能力的中介效应检验

摘　　要：基于对25家制造和IT企业研发、生产、营销部门的中层管理者的调查数据,实证检验了中层管理者管理能力与企业创新能力和技术创新绩效具有较显著的正效应关系;中层管理者的个体管理能力通过组织化过程增强企业的整体创新能力进而改进企业的技术创新绩效;创新能力在中层管理者管理能力和技术创新绩效之间发挥着中介功能。Based on the survey data on middle managers of R＆D, production and marketing departments of 25 enterprises, this paper verifies that there exists a positive correlation relationship among management ability of middle manager, innova- tion capacity and technical innovation performance, and that innovation capacity completely mediates the impact of middle manager＇ s management ability on technical innovation performance. The individual management ability, only if organized, can promote innovation capacity and then improve the technical innovation performance.
