父亲的积极心理资本对高中生情绪智力的影响

摘　　要：采用积极心理资本问卷、父亲参与问卷、简式父母教养方式问卷和情绪智力量表,对整群随机抽取的贵阳市5所高中生(高一、高二)及其父亲进行问卷调查,用相关和结构方程模型等方法对数据进行分析。结果显示:父亲的积极心理资本、教养方式、参与都和高中生的情绪智力呈著的正相关,其中教养方式的拒绝维度与其呈显著的负相关,而过度保护维度与其相关不显著;父亲的积极心理资本、教养方式、参与对高中生情绪智力的中介作用模型拟合较好;用潜变量的调节效应分析法,分析参与在积极心理资本对高中生情绪智力的调节作用,发现2检验结果是统计显著的(p<0.01)。Research investigated senior students （senior one and two） from Guiyang city＇s 5 general high school,besides their father as subjects,by cluster sampling method and using Positive Psycap Questionnaire,Inventory of Father Involvement,a short form of the Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostran,Emotional Intelligence Scale.The structural equation modeling and correlations were conducted to analyze the relationship of the relating variables.Results show that：Father＇ s positive psychological capital,parenting style,involvement and high school students＇ emotional intelligence show notable positive correlation;The final modified model fit the data well;And using the method of analyzing the regulation effect of latent variables to analyze Father Involvement＇s regulation effect,the result show that chi -square test is statistically significant（p ＜0.01）.
