摘　　要：在阐述协同理论与协同型绩效评价系统的基础上,提出构建动态、系统、协同、客观的铁路运输企业绩效评价系统是强化铁路运输企业管理功能,提升铁路运输企业核心竞争力的重要手段之一。借助移动互联网技术构建铁路运输企业协同型绩效评价系统模型,阐释评价方法模块、评价主体模块、绩效评价模块、绩效评价沟通反馈模块等操作模块。Based on expounding the synergy theory and synergistic performance evaluation system, this paper puts forward establishing the dynamic, systematic, synergistic and objective performance evaluation system in railway transport enterprise is one of important ways to strengthen the enterprise＇s management function and increase the enterprise＇s core competitiveness. The synergistic performance evaluation system model was established with the help of mobile internet technology, and some operation modules, such as evaluation method module, evaluation body module, performance evaluation module and performance evaluating communication ＆ feedback module were explained.
