摘　　要：在分析装备维修器材供应链特征的基础上,从信息整合、业务流程整合、组织整合和与供应商的外部整合等方面,勾画了器材供应链的整合内容,指出信息整合是基础,业务流程整合的核心是减少供应层级,而组织整合是提高组织的应变能力,供应商关系管理是外部链整合。提出只有四类整合相互作用与协同,共同提高器材供应链的速度和柔性,才能实现器材精确保障的目的。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the characteristics of the equipment maintenance material supply chains and on the aspects of information integration, business process integration, organizational integration and external supplier integration, we described the content in the integration of the equipment supply chains, pointed out the effect of the abovementioned aspects of the integration process and argued that only through interaction and collaboration of the four could the aim of accurate material support be realized.
