摘　　要：通过阐述人才需求的本质特点,提出体验式教学模式是创新创业教育的重要保证,具体以物流管理专业为例,分别从五个方面对体验式教学模式进行探索实施,对构建体验式教学模式提供新的学术理念。In this paper, by illustrating the intrinsic characteristics of talent demand, we argued that the practice-based teaching mode was an important guarantee for the innovative entrepreneurship education and then in the case of the logistics management specialty, explored the practice-based teaching mode on five aspects.
