摘  要:中国白酒产业进入调整期,理性回归源于理性认知,挖掘产业本质特征是产业理性认知的逻辑起点。社会属性大于自然属性的产品本质特性决定了产业具有恒久且不可复制的酒体特色和人文文化传统,这构成白酒产业的本质特征。论证该本质特征的存在逻辑及形成机理构成文章主体内容及研究架构。Liquor-making industry in China has marched into the adjustment period. Its rational return comes from peoples' rational cognition. And the exploration of the essential features of liquor-making industry is the logic starting point of the rational cognition of the industry. The na- ture of liquor (its social attributes greater than its natural attributes) decides that liquor-making industry has perpetual and unduplicable liquor body features and humanistic and cultural tradition. It is also the essence of liquor-making industry. In this paper, the logic of the existence of such essence and its forming mechanism were demonstrated.
