门式起重机操作的稳钩技术

摘　　要：稳钩是门式起重机械操作人员最基本的技术,也是起重机操作人员必须掌握的操作技巧。本文分析引起吊钩或被吊物摆动的原因,从力学原理的角度分析摆动和稳钩,分析不同工况下如何利用稳钩技术使摇晃的吊物稳定下来并随起重机平稳运行,从理论和实际操作两方面指导门式起重机司机学习操作起重机。Stable hook is the most basic technical of gantry crane operators, but also the crane operators must master the op- erating skills. This paper analyzes the reasons of the hook or hanging swing, from the perspective of mechanics to analysis the swing and stabihty of hooks, analysis under different working conditions and how to use the stable hook technology marks the rickety hanging down and with the crane running smoothly, from theory and practical this two aspects guide gantry crane drivers to learn the operating crane.
