摘  要:根据笼型异步电动机断条故障的基本规律及希尔伯特变换的物理意义,将数学形态学滤波器技术与希尔伯特变换相结合,得到谐波信号的希尔伯特模量,其在复平面内所占的面积可反映转子断条故障的存在与否,即面积越大转子断条的数量越多,故障越严重。利用希尔伯特模量的回转半径对转子断条故障做了定量分析。通过仿真实验验证该结论,该方法对转子断条故障判断灵敏,可将其应用于转子断条故障的检测。According to the basic rule of rotor bar breakage of the squirrel cage induction motor and the physical sense of Hilbert transform, by combination of the mathematic morphology filter technology with the Hilbert transform, the Hilbert module of the harmonic signal is obtained. The area of thus module on a complex plane represents whether the rotor bar breakage there occurs: more the area is , more the broken rotor bars are. Furthermore, make the quantitative analysis for the rotor bar breakage fault by the radius of gyration of the Hilbert module. The conclusion is verified by simulation experiment. The method is appliable and sensitive for diagnosing the rotor bar breakage fault.
