摘　　要：高校网络中心运行着大量信息系统,物理服务器众多、电力消耗大、运行成本高。随着虚拟化与云计算的逐步推广应用,构建服务器虚拟化平台是信息化建设的必然趋势。实施虚拟化对于提高物理服务器利用率、整合硬件资源、加强系统安全、节能减排与绿色环保等方面具有很大的优势。通过案例分析,介绍了戴尔R720服务器虚拟化平台构建与应用的主要步骤,具有较高的参考与实际应用价值。With too many physical servers, network administration center running large numbers of information is usually of high power consumption and high operation cost. It＇ s inevitable to build and apply virtulized server platform with the application of virtualization technologies and cloud computing. Server virtualization has great effect on physical server utilization, integration of hardware, strengthening the system security, energy-saving emission reduction and green environmental protection. Through case analysis, this paper introduces the construction and application of Dell R720 virtulized server platform in detail, it has a high reference and practical value.
