摘　　要：基于导向性、系统性、可比性、实用性等评价指标体系构建原则,从创新投入、创新能力和创新管理等3个基本维度,设计了能够反映福建企业工程技术研究中心特点和发展要求的8个二级指标和27个三级指标,并运用层次分析法进行赋权,从而构建了福建企业工程技术研究中心绩效评价指标体系,为科学合理评价福建企业工程技术研究中心提供直接依据,同时也为企业科技创新平台绩效评价提供参考。Based on the principles of direction, systematization, comparability and practlcabillty, the evaluation indexes that can re- flect the characteristics and development requirements of enterprise engineering technology research centre in Fujian are selected, in- cluding 3 first-class indexes, 8 second-class indexes and 27 third-class indexes, meanwhile the evaluation index system is built with the method d analytic hierarchy process, which offers an effective reference to evaluating enterprise engineering technology research centre and other enterprise plaffonns.
