摘　　要：随着网络的快速发展,人们的生活正在发生"微"的变化,微博微信等新媒介的兴起把人们带入了一个和现实生活联系密切的微时代。它们作为网络社交的一种新方式,正影响着处于人生转折和过渡期的青少年。"微时代"环境对青少年人格发展有着积极的一面,但也有消极的影响,只有加以关注并深入研究才能采取有效措施对青少年进行正确的引导,培养"微时代"下具有健康人格的青少年。With the rapid development of network, the life of people is ＂micro＂ changing. The rising of new media, such as micro blog and micro letter, brings people into a micro era that is closely related to real life. As a new way of social networking, micro blog and micro letter are affecting teenagers＂ life who are in the transition period. ＂micro era＂ environment has positive and negative effects to the young people＂ personality development. Only paying attention to＂ micro era＂ environment and studying it can we take effective measures to guide teenagers correctly. And we can also develop teenagers with healthy personality under the ＂micro era＂.
