妊娠相关血浆蛋白A与缺血性脑血管疾病的相关性研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨妊娠相关血浆蛋白 A与缺血性脑血管疾病之间的相关性。【方法】选择短暂脑缺血发作（T IA ）48例及缺血性脑卒中患者120例，卒中患者根据梗死体积分为小梗死灶组58例、中梗死灶组32例、大梗死灶组30例。分别测定各组血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白A （PA PP-A ）及颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IM T ）等进行组间比较。【结果】梗死组中血清PA PP-A及IM T明显高于T IA组（ P＜0．05），同时PA PP-A浓度与脑梗死面积呈正相关（ r ＝0．345，P ＜0．05）。【结论】PAPP-A对评估不同程度缺血性脑卒中是一个有用的生物学指标。[Objective] To explore the relationship between pregnancy-associated plasma protein A （PAPP-A） and ischemic cerebral disease .[Methods] A total of 48 patients with transient ischemic attack（TIA） and 120 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled in the study .According to infarction size ,patients with ische-mic stroke were divided into small infarction lesion group（ n=58） ,middle infarction lesion group（ n=32） and large infarction lesion group（ n=30） .Serum PAPP-A and intima-media thickness（IMT） in each group were measured and compared .[Results] Serum PAPP-A and IMT in infarction group were obviously higher than those in TIA group（ P〈0 .05） .Meanwhile ,PAPP-A level was positively correlated with infarction size （ r =0 .345 ,P 〈0 .05） .[Conclusion] PAPP-A may be an useful biomarker of ischemic stroke in different degrees .
