摘  要:采用双层平板培养法从成都某养鸡场的污水样本中分离得到一株鸡白痢沙门氏菌O12(宿主菌)的噬菌体(Ph-1),并对菌斑形态及理化特性进行了初步研究.试验结果显示,纯化后该噬菌体的噬菌斑直径约3mm;经高于60℃温度处理1h后噬菌体失活;PH5-7时该噬菌体可保持较高效价和较强的紫外线耐受性;该噬菌体的最佳感染复数(MOI)为0.01-0.001;一步生长曲线显示该噬菌体的潜伏期为40min,裂解期持续60min.One bacteriophage, named Phi, was isolated from waste-water samples collected from a Chengdu hennery by the double-agar method, and was to be obligate on the salmonella O12 pullorum (Bacillary white diarrhea) that was as host bacteria. The biological catheterization was explored on this bacteriophage. The results indicated that the diameter of Phi phages was about 3ram. When incubated in 60℃ or higher for lh, the phage was inactivated. It was able to keep a high activity at a range of pHS-7. In the UV-test it was demonstrated that Phl possesses a strong ant-UV ability. The best MOx of Phi was 0.01-0.001. It showed that the latent phase and rise phase were 40min and 60 min respectively on the one-step frowth curve.
