校外生产实习的管理与考核

摘　　要：作为应用型本科院校,生产实习是人才培养过程中不可缺少的重要的实践教学环节。提出了校外生产实习的管理模式,管理机构的组成、担负的任务和职责,并详细阐述了生产实习的考核方式,提出了采用多元化的考核模式,公平、公正地全面考核,该考核方式有助于提高学生生产实习的积极性,使学生更加重视这一实践教学环节,保证生产实习的教学质量。as the applied undergraduate colleges and universities, the production practice is an important and indispensable practice teaching link in the process of personnel training. The paper proposed extra--school practice management model , the composition of management organization, tasks and responsibilities, and expounded examination forms in detail , put forward the assessment mode diversification that include fair, justice, comprehensive evaluation. It is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of students, make students pay more attention to the practice teaching link and ensure production internship of teaching quality.
