摘　　要：目的：评价磁共振断层血管成像（ MRTA）指导下的三叉神经痛（ TN）微血管减压术的疗效。方法回顾性分析MVD术前行MRTA的TN患者45例的治疗经验及疗效。结果45例中治愈35（77．78%）例,显效5（11．11%）例,有效3（6．67%）例,无效2例（4．44%）例。所有患者得到6-53个月随访,有33（73．33%）治愈,6（13．33%）例显效,4（8．89%）例有效,2（4．44%）例无效。结论磁共振断层血管成像指导下的三叉神经痛微血管减压术疗效确切,MVD术前应常规性MRTA。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of MVD which were directed by Magnetis resonance tomography angiogra-phy. Methods Treatment experience and efficacy of 45 cases of MVD which were directed by Magnetic resonance tomography an-giography were analyzed retrospectively. Results Forty-five of 35（77. 7%） cases were cured,5（11. 11%） cases were ineffective-ness,3（6. 67%） cases were efectivenss and 2（4. 44%） were inffective. All cases received follow-up 6-53 months,33（73. 33%） cases were cured,6（13. 33%）cases were obviously effective,4（8. 89%）cases were effective and 2（4. 44%）cases were ineffective. Conclusion The MVD which were directed by Magnetic resonance tomography angiography have a definite curative effect. In MVD preoperative should regular check the MRTA.
