摘 要:以高速动车组驱动齿轮箱小齿轮电机端的迷宫密封为研究对象,建立带有甩油环的迷宫密封数值仿真模型——可压缩二维轴对称有旋流动。采用标准k-ε湍流模型和增强壁面处理模拟迷宫密封腔内流场分布及泄漏特性。应用Fluent软件,对Navier-Stokes方程、能量方程和湍流方程采用有限体积法离散,压力-速度耦合采用SIMPLE算法。研究空腔深度对密封性能的影响,确定最优的空腔深度,同时研究压差和转速对泄漏量的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着空腔深度的增加,泄漏量先减小后增大;随着压差的增大,泄漏量增大;在不考虑温升的条件下,转速对泄漏量的影响很小,但随着转速的增大,密封性能提高。Taking the labyrinth seal at the small-gear motor end of the driving gearbox of the high-speed EM U as the research object ,the numerical simulation model of the labyrinth seal with the oil thrower was set up ,which was fully compressible ,two-dimensional axisymmetric swirl flow .The distribution of flow field within the lab-yrinth seal cavity and the leakage characteristics were simulated by using the standard k-εturbulence model a-long with enhanced wall treatment .The Navier-Stokes equation ,and energy and turbulence equations were dis-creted with the finite-volume method and Software Fluent .The SIMPLE algorithm was used for pressure-ve-locity coupling .The effect of the cavity depth on leakage was studied and the optimum cavity depth was deter-mined .The effects of pressure difference and rotational speed on leakage were also studied .The results show as follows :Along with lengthening of the cavity depth ,the leakage firstly falls down and then rises up ;the leakage increases with increasing of the pressure difference ;without considering the temperature rise ,the rota-tional speed shows no significant influence on leakage ,however ,raising of the rotational speed improves seal-ing performance .
