摘　　要：为解决军队院校电类专业基础课程缺乏体系性、教材及教学内容相对陈旧与孤立、实验实践平台功能层次不全、教学模式和教学手段相对单一、教员能力急需提升等问题,提出了军队院校电类专业基础课程体系建设"两纵两横五要素"的总体改革方案,并阐述了主要建设内容和具体措施.To get over the problem that the military academy’s present electrical specialty basic courses lack of systematic structure, teaching material and contents are relatively out of date and isolated, the functional levels of experimental and practice platform are un-comprehensive, teaching mode and means are relatively single, and the improvement of teachers’capability is in urgent need and etc., this article presents the overall reform scheme of two longitudinal, two horizontal and five essential factors for the system construction of military academy’s electrical specialty basic courses, and sets out the main constructive contents and specific measures.
