摘　　要：在关注青少年身心健康的《青少年"十二五"规划》实施的大背景下,理解公共政策、体育政策和学校体育政策,梳理我国学校体育政策的发展历史,更多体现学校体育政策中"健康第一"、"以人为本"的教育思想,为学校体育政策未来的制定提出帮助。In the context of 《Teenagers ＂twelfth five--year＂ plan}which is paying attention to physical and mental health of teenagers.We make out public policy, sports policy and school sports policy. Analysing the history of school sports policy.The concept of ＂health first＂,＂people first＂ are reflected in the policy .At the end,We hope this study can help to establish the school sports policy in future.
