摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,对玉林师范学院女生体质健康状况和体育行为进行调查分析,提出师范院校女生体育健康促进的干预措施和运行机制,为有效改善师范院校女生的体质健康状况提供参考。Through the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method,Investigation and analysis of the Yulin Normal University Student Constitution Health and physical behavior,The girl students in normal colleges sports health promotion intervention measures and operation mechanism,To provide reference for improving the health status of the girl students in Normal Colleges.
