摘　　要：从我系实际出发,说明以培养应用型人才为目标,理工科专业实验室的特色建设和提高实验教学质量的重要性。对我们的具体做法和效果进行了介绍。从实践中使我们体会到,理工科专业实验室建设和实验教学建设,需从硬件条件和软件条件两个方面下功夫。以建设一流实验室、打造一流实验教学水平为追求目标,才能培养出基础理论扎实、动手能力强、适应社会经济发展的应用型人才。This article illustrated the importance, our practice and effect of characteristic construction to cultivate application-oriented talents, science and engineering laboratory, and improve the quality of experimental teaching. From the practice we realized that, the construction of science and engineer- ing professional laboratory and experiment teaching, needed to work from two aspects, one is hardware conditions, and the other is software conditions. Anyhow, in order to build the first-class laboratory and to create first-class level of teaching experiment for the ideal goals, we have to develop a solid the- oretical foundation, practical ability, adapted to the applied talents of the social economic develop- ment.
