摘 要:为了解湖北省高校生物学实验教学状况,促进生物学实验教学改革深入发展,经湖北省教育厅批准,自2010年开始湖北省每两年举行一次生物学实验技能竞赛。生物化学作为基础学科,实验技能考核单独列为竞赛项目。第二届生物化学实验竞赛结果显示,学生在实验前期准备,常规仪器的使用及基本的实验过程的掌握等方面成绩较好,得分率在90%以上,而在实验结果的处理及分析环节相对较弱,得分率为77%。另外部分学生在一些实验的细节上失分较多。因此,在今后的生物化学实验教学中,在继续加强基本实验操作技能训练的同时,还要提高学生对实验结果进行分析及处理的能力,以及对实验中一些细节问题的关注和重视,以促进学生全面实验技能的提高。In order to know the experiment teaching situation and to strengthen biology experiment teaching in the universities, the biology experimental skills competition has been held every two years since 2010 in Hubei Province. Biochemical skill, being the practical part of the basic course - biochem- istry, is one of the separate units of the competition. The result of biochemical skills competition re- vealed that students mastered the basic skills in pre-experimental preparations , the operation of conven- tial instruments and the basic experimental process. The average scoring on these counts are over 90%. The abilities on experiment data processing and result analyzing are relatively weaker, with the average scoring of 77%. Moreover, some students have big point loss on the operational details of experiment. Therefore, teacher should strengthen the training on experiment data processing, result analyzing, and focus more on details of the experimental operation during the future experiment teaching practice.
