摘　　要：针对当前工科大学生创新实践能力低下的现状,深入剖析了其产生的根源,结合本校工程训练课程体系改革与实践的探索,以机械类学生为试点对象,实施竞赛型工程训练项目教学模式,在提高学生创新实践能力方面取得显著的人才培养效果。According to the situation that engineering students＂ innovation and practical ability is rela- tively low, deep analysis about the root cases is proposed in the paper. Combined researches on our school＇s engineering training course＇s reform and practice, taken mechanical engineering students as objects, a teaching mode by applying competition-type engineering training projects is studied, which can achieve distinct talent cultivation effect on improving studentsj innovation and practical abilities.
