妇科肿瘤手术中运用快速冰冻病理检查的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析妇科肿瘤手术运用快速冰冻病理检查的价值。方法该院于2010年3月—2012年1月接收的75例妇科肿瘤患者的治疗做出了回顾性分析,75例患者术前均进行了诊断,采用了刮宫诊断的方法,诊断结果为恶性肿瘤。运用快速冰冻病理检查的方法,分析比较术后术中的各项检查指标。结果在75例妇科肿瘤患者的术中运用快速病理检查,对患者肿瘤分级进行判断,并对患者肌层浸润进行判断,两项与检查结果符合率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科肿瘤患者的治疗中,在进行分期手术的讨论中,快速冰冻病理检查对其是有决定意义的。Objective To analyze the value of fast frozen pathological examination applied in gynecological tumor surgery.Methods The treatment of 75 cases of gynecologic cancer patients admitted in our hospital from March, 2010 to January, 2012 was analyzed retrospectively.All the 75 patients were diagnosed as malignant tumor preoperatively by diagnostic curettage. Using fast frozen pathological examination,the detection indicators in the operation and after the operation were analyzed and compared.Results Fast frozen pathological examination was applied in the surgery of 75 cases of patients with gynaecological tumor, the grading of tumor as judged, and the myometrial invasion was judged, and there are differences between the two and test results coincidence rate, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with gynaeeologieal tumor and the discussion of staging operation, fast frozen pathological examination is decisive.
