摘 要:目的:评价声学造影剂利声显levovist,SHU508A对彩色多普勒超声诊断肾肿瘤的价值。方法:30例肾肿瘤病人在注射利声显前后分别用彩色多普勒超声进行检查,其中肾透明细胞癌20例,肾盂癌1例,肾转移癌1例,肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤7例,肾腺瘤1例。用计算机测量造影前后肾肿瘤的单位面积血流值BFAR值,比较造影前后病灶内血流情况。结果:造影后的BFAR值较造影前明显增强,超过25%者26例(87%),界于10%至25%轻度增强者3例10%,造影后BFAR值显著高于造影前<0.01;造影后血流信号增强持续时间在肾恶性肿瘤长于肾良性肿瘤,有显著性差异;造影后瘤内血流信号分布、形态均有改变。结论:应用利声显能显著增强肾肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声血流信号,从而有助于准确地评价肾肿瘤的血液供应,有利于对肾肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断。Objective:To evaluate value of levovist in color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal tumors.Methods :30patients with renal tumors were submitted to color doppler imaging before and after intravenous administration of levovist.Among them,20had renal transparent cell carcinoma ,1had pyelocarcinoma ,1had renal metastasis,7had renal angiomyolipoma ,1had renal ade-noma.Blood flow/area rate(BFAR)of renal tumors was detected and compared in every patient before and after angiography.Re -sults:BFAR value after angiography was significantly higher than that before angiography (P<0.01).Compared to baseline BFAR val-ue,over25%and10%~25%higher BFAR value after angiography were found in26(87%)and3subjects(10%),respectively.The lasting time of enhanced blood signals in renal malignant tumors was significantly longer than that in renal benign tumors(P<0.01).Different patterns of blood flow signals were observed after administration of levovist.Conclusion:Levovist can significantly enhance blood signals of renal tumors in color doppler imaging and it plays a role in the evaluation of blood supply of renal tumors.Application of levovist in color doppler imaging is useful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal tumors.
