^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像对腹泻型肠易激综合征的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨18F-FDG(18F-脱氧葡萄糖)正电子发射断层显像/计算机断层显像(positron emission tomography/computed tomography,PET/CT)对腹泻型肠易激综合征(diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome,IBS-D)腹部显像的诊断价值。方法对该院2例经临床诊断为IBS-D的患者进行PET/CT腹部显像。结果患者大部分结肠段18F-FDG最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)>2.50,摄取18F-FDG最高的部位在乙状结肠,SUVmax最高达13.7,CT显示相应肠段未见肠壁异常改变。结论 IBS-D患者在PET/CT上可表现为结肠肠段摄取18F-FDG异常增高,相应肠段解剖结构无异常,周围淋巴结无异常。PET/CT可以发现IBS-D患者功能活跃的肠段,有助于活检定位进行研究。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS-D）. Methods Two cases of IBS-D diagnosed with clinical symptom were performed with 18 F-FDG PET/CT examination. Results Standard uptake value （SUV） was more than 2.50 in most sites of colon, with the highest SUV in sigmoid colon, and the SUVmax was up to 13.7. But no abnormal CT image was showed in the corresponding bowel position. Conclusions The patients with IBS-D might exhibit high 1SF-FDG uptake in their colon, with no anatomical structure abnormality in corresponding colon sites or abnormal peripheral lymph node. PET/CT can spot the colon regions of active bowel function, which is beneficial to the positioning of biopsy.
