高校安全保卫人员工作压力现状及形成因素研究

摘　　要：通过对安徽省6名高校安全保卫人员进行个别访谈,调查研究高校安全保卫人员工作压力现状及形成因素。研究发现:高校安全保卫人员普遍存在较大工作压力,其中职业认同、工作负荷、职业发展、经济压力等是形成其工作压力的主要影响因素。Through individual interviews with 6 college security workers in Anhui Province, this paper investigated and studied the current situation of college security staffs＆#39; work pressure and the causes of its formation. The research found that college secu-rity staffs generally have heavy work pressure, and career identi-ty, workload, career development and economic pressure are the main factors influencing the formation of their work pressure.
