摘　　要：本文主要针对目前高校人文社科专业毕业生实习的特点和实习过程中存在的主要问题,以及如何推进科学合理的人文社科毕业实习三个主要问题进行了分析探讨,提出了与学科特点相适应的毕业实习管理对策,以期对提高高校人文社科毕业实习的实习质量,培养高校人文社科学生的创新能力等提供一系列可行性的实施建议。Based on analyzing and exploring the characteristics of the current humanity and social science majors＆#39; graduation prac-tice in colleges and universities, the main problems in the pro-cess, as well as the three major aspects of rationally impelling the graduation practice of humanity and social science majors, this paper proposed the graduation practice management strategies suitable for discipline characteristics, hoping to provide some feasible implementation suggestions for improving the quality of humanity and social science majors＆#39; graduation practice in col-leges and universities and cultivating their innovative ability.
