扁桃体恶性淋巴瘤的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的 :研究扁桃体恶性淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 :总结 1980至 1995年原发扁桃体的恶性淋巴瘤 10例 ,IEA1例 ,IEB 2例 ,ⅡEA3例 ,ⅡEB4例 ,CSPP单纯化疗 1例 ,综合治疗 9例 ,8例行扁桃体摘除术。结果 :5例随访 10年 ,1例全身转移死亡 ,4例随访 5年均无复发存活。结论 :单侧扁桃体肿大 ,表面光滑 ,4 0岁以上 ,咽痛、抗炎治疗 2周以上无效者 ,应考虑此病行扁桃体深部活检术 ,通过病理检查确诊。Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment for NHL occuring in amygdala.Method:Ten cases of NHL in amygdala from 1980-1995 were analysed,among them,one had I EA lesion,two had I EB lesions,three had Ⅱ EA lesions,four had Ⅱ EB lesions,eight cases received amygdalotomy and one received chemotherapy treatment,nine received combined modality therapy.Result:All cases had been living except for one who died of systemic metastasis.The 5-years survival rate was 100%,the 10-years survival rate was 80%.Conclusion:The patients with one side antiadoncus,slick surface,about 40 aging and anginal and who have been treated more than two weeks but having no effectness should accept tonsillotomy.Combined modality therapy may improve the survival rate.
