摘　　要：目的 :观察龙寿丹对急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞和血小板功能的影响。方法 :6 0例急性脑梗死患者按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各 30例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加龙寿丹0 .4g ,tid ,连用 2 1d ,并于治疗前后进行神经功能评估与血管内皮细胞和血小板功能测定。结果 :龙寿丹治疗后在神经功能明显改善的同时 ,血管内皮细胞和血小板功能亦得以改善。结论Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Longstand,a compound traditional Chinese medicine product and its effect on functions of vascular endotheliocyte and platelet of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were equally and randomly divided to receive routine therapy or routine therapy plus three times daily 0.4g Longstand for 21 days.Before and after treatment,the neurological function was evaluated,and the vascular endotheliocyte and platelet functions were measured.Results:After Longstand treatment,the vascular endotheliocyte and platelet functions were markedly improved in addition to improvement in neurological function.Conclusion:Longstand possesses the effects of endotheliocyte protection and platelet function improvement.
