摘　　要：该文在分析、归纳了以往乳化器故障产生的原因及特征的基础上,着重研究了神经网络信息融合技术在乳化器故障诊断当中的应用。对采集到的乳化器多个关键部位振动信号进行处理、融合,最后根据融合后的信息得出诊断结果。仿真结果表明,该乳化器故障诊断方法诊断过程相对简单,诊断准确度较高。This paper tries to study the application of neural network and data fusion technology in the emulsifier fault diagnosis system after the reasons and features of emulsifier fault are carefully analyzed and concluded. A number of collected key parts of emulsifier and vibration signals are processed and fused so that the final diagnosed results can be obtained according to the fused information. Simulation results show that this process of emulsifier fault diagnosis method is rather simple but with higher accuracy.
