摘　　要：该文提出了一种基于子块方向直方图分析和二维Gabor滤波器组设计的肿瘤表面规则条纹的提取方法,并给出了黑色素瘤不规则条纹结构特征的描述子。用基于子块方向直方图分析的方法对肿瘤图像进行规则条纹预提取,并在此基础上用二维Gabor滤波器组进行规则条纹的精提取,明显提高了获取肿瘤表面规则条纹的准确性。试验表明,该文方法能较好描述黑色素瘤不规则条纹的结构特征,为条纹规则性的区分提供了有效途径。A combination method,analysis of subblock orientation histogram and design of a two-dimensional Gabor filter bank,is proposed in this paper to extract the regular streaks on melanoma surfaces. Meanwhile,the irregular structural descriptors for melanomas are given. First of all,the paper prefetches regular steaks based on the analysis of subblock orientation histogram,and then extracts regular streaks based on 2-D Gabor filter bank. The accuracy of obtaining streaks on the surface of melanoma is improved significantly. Experimental results show that the proposed method could better describe structural features of irregular streaks on the surface of melanoma,and provides an effective way to distinguish irregular streaks in melanomas from regular streaks.
